By purchasing ammunition or any product from this website, you are attesting that you have confirmed the legality for you to purchase and receive said products. This includes any local, state, or federal law or restrictions that apply to YOU including your location. When purchasing and/or receiving products from this website, you are attesting that you are in complete and total compliance with your local, state and federal laws.
Manufacturer’s Rebates
Manufacturer’s rebates are an agreement between the customer and the manufacturer. Wapeedee does not process or honor manufacturer’s rebates. Further, Wapeedee is not responsible or liable for the processing of manufacturer’s rebates. It is your responsibility to read the rebate completely before purchasing. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this website, you are accepting responsibility for supporting the terms of the manufacturer's rebate and are attesting that you have read the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Age restrictions:
Rifle Ammunition: 18 years or older.
Handgun Ammunition: 21 years or older
Before placing an order on this website, all customers must agree to Wapeedee’s statements and terms. All orders are subject to Wapeedee’s review and approval.
Customer Must Explicitly Affirm the Following Statements To Be True:
➢ I am currently twenty-one (21) years old or older for handgun ammunition and eighteen (18) years old for rifle ammunition.
➢ Wapeedee is not violating any state or local law or ordinance by selling, shipping, or delivering ammunition to me.
➢ I have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a period of one year. In addition, I am not currently under indictment for any crime.
➢ I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind.
➢ I am not addicted to any controlled substance. In addition, I am not an unlawful user of any controlled or illegal substance.
➢ I have not been declared or adjudged as mentally ill. In addition, I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind in the past.
➢ I am not subject to any restraining order at the current time
➢ I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
➢ I have never been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence. In addition, I have no pending charges of domestic violence.
International Orders
Wapeedee does not accept International Orders.
Orders Cancelled by Wapeedee
Wapeedee reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including, but not limited to the customer’s failure to abide by our Terms and Conditions
In the event that Wapeedee is unable to ship your order in full, we will ship the order that is available and issue a refund for the unavailable items.
Shipping
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Damaged Orders and Shortages
DO NOT OPEN DAMAGED PACKAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Once you open the package, Wapeedee is no longer liable for any damaged or missing items. We cannot accept any returns once the package has been opened. This is under any circumstance.
To report a damage or shortage, please email our Customer Service department at cs@wapeedee.com.
Returns and Warranty
We do not accept returns of ammunition under any circumstance other than are outlined under the “Damaged Orders,” meeting all requirements of said terms and conditions.
Products and materials on this website are sold "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Personal Information
Wapeedee does not share, sell, or distribute customer’s personal information to any third party under any circumstance. From time to time, Wapeedee may contact its customers via email to notify them of upcoming special offers; however, you may opt out of this at any time.
Product Liability
Wapeedee is not liable for any manufacturer product defects. Wapeedee does not manufacture any of the products listed on this website. By using this website to purchase products, you agree to the terms set forth herein, and further agree that the Manufacturer of the product must be contacted to resolve issues with defects, quality disputes, or intended use of said products. Further, you agree to hold Wapeedee free of liability as related to any manufacturer defects or any liability of said products that may arise.
Typographical Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or price misprints contained on this website.
Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Wapeedee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), including, but not limited to, negligence and wrongful conduct, including misuse of merchandise or this site, or fraud by you or any person accessing Wapeedee.com while using your Internet account.
